Vendor Information: Oktoberfest Marketplatz Fact Sheet

Vendor Cost: $250 (plus liability insurance)

Show Hours:
Friday, September 30 - 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 1 - 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Sunday, October 2 - 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(Optional - you may stay open until 1:00 a.m. on
Friday and Saturday)

Set-Up Hours: Friday, September 30 - 8:00 a.m.

Tear Down Hours: Sunday, October 2 - 8:00 p.m.

Payment Schedule: Deposit - $50 due by March 31
Final Payment - $200 by July 31

Insurance: Vendors are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance, naming the German Village Society as additional insured. Minimum liability amounts are $1,000,000 per occurrence combined single limit general liability insurance. If you do no have insurance, we are able to add you to the Oktoberfest policy for a fee.

We provide:
- 10 x 10 tent - 8 ft. table and chair - Electricity - Security - Friendly, helpful volunteers - Marketplatz atmosphere

Our event has:
- Clean restrooms - Great food and music - Extensive advertising campaign - Special accommodations rates at local hotels/motels
