Experience Columbus has also put together a very informative video, only a few minutes of your time and you’ll be hip to all that is going on the Village.

I’m getting SO excited about my upcoming stay in a motel in German Village, Columbus from Sunday to Thursday next week. The “Train the Trainer” course I’m due to take so I can run our STNA classes is at Columbus State Community College, just a few minutes drive from the motel. I can’t WAIT! I’ve already printed off all my maps, and marked them with the various restaurants and SHOPS! I want to visit while I’m there. German Village is small enough that I can get around on foot and I’m so looking forward to that. I’ve been there once before, briefly, when I first visited Shane before my actual emigration to the States – we and his daughter went to Schiller Park to watch “Shakespeare in the Park”, and the whole evening was awesome. I felt so at home, and it’s such a huge plus for me that the college is so close to the Village. I am going to have a BALL. WOOT!! P.S… I am NOT leaving my bank card at home, lmao!!
