Once you have completed your application form, submit it with photographs, site plans, cut sheets and details to the City Historic Preservation Office at 109 North Front Street, Columbus, OH 43215. It’s always best to call the city preservation office before you fill out your application. They can help you save time and money by getting your application right the first time.
