Gails Ahimsa yoga is a gentle breath-based yoga class. We move through different yoga poses as we focus on the breath. A definition of yoga is: “Making different shapes in which to explore the breath.” We spend several breathes exploring every shape we make. I tailor every pose to the needs of evch student and we practice the same sequence of poses every class so students become able to practice at home.
