Please complete this form to participate in Village Lights by hosting a 10 foot by 10 foot space. Your application will be reviewed and provided a response within 2 weeks of submission. Approved applicants will be provided a payment link.

When: Sunday, December 6, 2026 from 4-8 pm

Where: 588 S. Third Street Platz (parking lot)

Vendors can very briefly park (less than 15 minutes) in the Willow Street Lot through 3:00 pm and must be unloaded and ready by 3:45 pm.

Your vendor fee includes a 24-hour parking pass for on-street parking in the Village.

Electricity will be provided, but you must bring your own extension cords.

GVS has a guest wifi that will be provided to you, but having your own hot spot is also recommended.

For 10×10 tents, weights are required.

Battery-operated lights are also recommended. Please clean your space of any paper or garbage when leaving.
